Modern materials with their excellent strength are the indispensable basis of modern power plant technology and their high rates of efficiency. As a matter of course, EHR processes all these materials, among them are the pipe materials type P91, P92, T24 and E911. For several years, EHR has been doing a lot of groundbreaking research and development work (R&D) in co-operation with Mannesmann Forschungsinstitut (MFI), It should be noted that EHR processes all other materials as well, such as austenitic metals, nickel-based alloys, but also GRP and HDPE.
Maintenance
Our maintenance service for pipe work systems enjoys a second-to-none reputation for quality in the power plant business. This service includes on-site and system analysis, thermal calculations of start-up and shut down processes, calculation of pressure surge, vibration and remaining lifespan.
Finally we evaluate the results according to regulations and in context with the specific situation and compile a complete analysis as well as suggestions for optimisation.
